Do you take returns?
Sorry you are looking up this question... We will gladly accept a return or make an exchange for you. If it is a hat defect please send back to us for an exchange or refund. If it is another reason, please send the hat back to the address on the about page with an explanation on why. If it is an exchange, please send it back in the same condition as it was received. Shipping charges paid by the sender.
Will you send as a gift?
We love gifts...and even more sending them! Please email us with a special request and a message for the recipient if you wish. If no message is left we will leave a simple message stating "A little something for (name). Cheers (name).
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping will be done by weight and location, and sent USPS Priority. Shipping charges will be added to the final amount of purchase and added to the buyers invoice.
Do you do custom orders?
We would love to! Send us an email and tell us what you are looking for. Please keep in mind, there are many factors that go into the design process. Depending on the design, it could take anywhere from 3 weeks to 5 months. We are looking forward to hearing about your awesome ideas!
